Fem Dems Advocacy
Fem Dems encourages our community members to become more civically engaged and provide participants with the tools they need to become effective and progressive leaders.
We do this, in part, by providing information and insight on a variety of topics including fundraising, campaign development, community organizing, and effective constituent communication skills.
Our advocacy comes in different forms: canvassing phone banking, postcard writing, coming together as a community to raise awareness on issues.
Objectives
To bring grassroots efforts back to the neighborhood level
Transform community members to become community leaders
Empower community leaders to become viable progressive candidates who win elections
